Shielded room for power frequency test without partial discharge
The partial discharge-free power frequency test shielded room is a kind of electromagnetic shielding environment specially used for partial discharge testing of high-voltage equipment. Through a multi-layer shielding structure and a precision filtering system, it provides low-noise and high-precision testing conditions for power frequency tests.

In power frequency partial discharge-free tests, shielded rooms can effectively isolate external electromagnetic interference, enabling high-sensitivity sensors such as high-frequency current transformers and coupling capacitors to clearly detect tiny partial discharge signals inside the equipment, thereby significantly improving the test signal-to-noise ratio. This is particularly important for factory tests of high-voltage equipment such as transformers and mutual inductors, as it can accurately detect insulation defects and avoid major safety risks.

Key Configurations

Shielding door system: adopts an electric bolt-embedded design, with a door opening size of 1.5 meters × 2.0 meters, and is equipped with a multi-level comb-shaped finger reed structure to ensure the shielding effect at the door gap. 

Ventilation and interface: uses a "waveguide cutoff" type ventilation window, and the honeycomb waveguide array structure can severely attenuate electromagnetic wave energy while ensuring air circulation. 

Filter configuration: includes an air conditioning filter (380V/100A), a lighting power filter (220V/50A), a grounding filter (100A), and 2 channels of equipment signal filters.
