Environmental Test Equipment  High and Low Temperature Test Chamber
Partial discharge detector is suitable for the online partial discharge measurementof electrical apparatus, such as surge arresters, insulators, power transformers,generators, CT/VT, GIS, capacitors, power cables and switchgears. 
Used in conjunction with the partial discharge detection system, it simulates both high and low temperatures as well as high and low pressures to create favorable testing conditions.

The compressor should have temperature, pressure and other protection measures to prevent compressor damage. The compressor's inlet and exhaust should have pressure display, and pressure and temperature sensors should be installed at the exhaust and suction ends of the compressor, which can monitor and control the real-time dynamic pressure during the operation of the compressor, so that the compressor always operates under normal working conditions; the compressor should be selected from Copeland .

The equipment supports network communication with RJ45 standard network port. It supports setting IP, gateway, and subnet mask. The MAC address is readable. The equipment needs to support Modbus (TCP/RTU) communication protocol and provide point table and command examples.

Heating system: Mostly stainless steel heating tubes/nichrome heating wires to ensure that express packages in the chamber are heated.
 
Test Chamber
Inner container: Corrosion-resistant stainless steel (such as 304/316) to ensure cleanliness and durability.
Insulation layer: Polyurethane foam + rock wool to reduce temperature loss inside the chamber.
Chamber door: Equipped with an observation window (tempered glass) + sealing strip, taking into account visualization and sealing performance.
 
Control System
Controller: Mainstream uses PLC or touch screen (such as PID intelligent regulation), supporting temperature change program setting.
Sensor: Temperature probe (such as PT100) to monitor the temperature inside the chamber in real time.
